First Shift Launching in Yellowknife This Fall

We’re excited to bring the NHL/NHLPA First Shift program to Yellowknife! This season, we are proud to be the only applicant in the territory and are thrilled to have received ice time support from Yellowknife Minor Hockey to make this program a reality.

The First Shift is designed for children aged 6-10 who are new to hockey. No equipment? No experience? No problem. The program includes six on-ice sessions and a full set of Bauer equipment, all for just $299.

Gear fitting will take place on October 11 at the Arcan Sport Facility. Ice times will begin November 1 at the Yellowknife Community Arena.
